Abstract
Two infants with anomolous origin of the left circumflex coronary arte ry from the pulmonary artery had to be operated on at ages 40 days and 30 days because of severe myocardial dysfunction. This illustrates th at the clinical course of anomalous origin of the circumflex artery fr om the pulmonary artery may not always be as favorable as reported in the literature.
