Abstract
A 38-year-old man, who presented with Raynaud's phenomenon and no symp toms or signs of thyroid hormone deficiency, was found to have hypothy roidism. The Raynaud's phenomenon disappeared after 11/2 months of thy roid hormone replacement therapy. We review four case reports of Rayna ud's phenomenon that disappeared after thyroid replacement therapy. We suggest that thyroid deficiency should be considered a possible cause of Raynaud's phenomenon.
