Abstract
A new approach using both Eulerian and Lagrangian coordinates and taki ng account of inter-particle interactions has been developed for the s tudy of gas-solid flows. A numerical algorithm is presented. Compariso n with experimental results shows reasonably good agreement. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
