The authors report a retrospective study concerning 67 cases of intra-
abdominal tuberculosis in children, observed over a 15 year period (19
80-1994) in the Casablanca Children's Hospital, Pediatric unit III, Th
e patients' mean age was 12, and clinical signs were abdominal pain (6
1 %), diarrhea or constipation (55 %), fatigue, and weight loss. Tuber
