Abstract
N-(alpha-Hydroxypolyhaloalkyl)amides react with trivalent phosphorus c hlorides to give alpha-(acylamino)polyhaloalkylphosphoryl compounds vi a phosphorotropic rearrangement of intermediate phosphites or phosphin ites.
