Abstract
Secretory meningioma is a rare entity which may be characterised by im aging features unusual for other subtypes of meningoma, such as low at tenuation on CT, high (fat-tissue equivalent) signal intensity on T1-w eighted MRI, marked surrounding oedema, and irregular contrast enhance ment. We report a case of secretory meningioma and review the literatu re.
