We present a solvable kinetic lattice model which includes microscopic
disorder, namely, random exchange energies (between pairs of spins) f
luctuating randomly with time. This, which may ideally model fast ioni
c diffusion in magnetic systems, impedes reaching equilibrium, in gene
ral. The resulting nonequilibrium steady states exhibit additional ran
domness which induces complex behavior, including reentrance phenomena
reminiscent of spin-glass behavior. [S0163-1829(98)02738-6].
