Abstract
In the title compound, imidazol-1-ylmethyl 2-naphthyl ketone oxime, C1 5H13N3O, the naphthalene and imidazole rings are essentially planar. T he oxime group is twisted by 36.2(1)degrees out of the naphthalene pla ne. The oxime configuration is Z. The structure is stabilized by intra - and intermolecular hydrogen bonds.
