Abstract
The absolute configuration of the title compound (TKS159, C15H22ClN3O3 ) has been determined. The bent conformation of the molecule, in which the aromatic and pyrrolidine rings are at nearly 60 degrees to each o ther, is maintained by intra- and intermolecular hydrogen bonds. A thr ee-dimensional network of hydrogen bonds is formed among the amino, hy droxy and carbonyl groups of neighbouring molecules.
