Abstract
The introduction of Fe2O3 into a Zn-Cu-C-O catalyst for CO oxidation s upported on the metal honeycomb carrier enhances its thermal stability . Iron oxide plays the role of a structural promoter, which prevents t he destruction of the spinel structure of the catalyst.
