Abstract
We report on the measurement of the spin dynamics in InxGa1-xAs-AlxIn1 -xAs and InxGa1-xAs-InP multiquantum wells, using a fs pump and probe experiment. We observe a large difference in the polarization relaxati on times, which confirms the recently predicted role of the interface symmetry reduction. [S0163-1829(98)51540-8].
