We have measured the oscillatory part of magnetoresistance of PbTe(Cr)
single crystals in magnetic fields up to 5 T in the temperature range
2.1-4.2 K. The field dependence of oscillation amplitudes is satisfac
torily described in terms of exchange interaction of free electrons an
d magnetoactive Cr ions. The influence of exchange interaction on the
effective (g) over tilde factor and spin-dependent scattering is estim
