Abstract
Effects of probucol, gemfibrozil and their combination were studied in patients with ischemic heart disease and moderate type IIa and IIb hy perlipidemia. Combination of two drugs led to potentiation of their fa vorable action, was well tolerated, and did not produce substantial si de effects.
