V. Bondarenka et al., CONDUCTANCE VERSUS HUMIDITY OF VANADIUM-METAL-OXYGEN LAYERS DEPOSITEDFROM GELS, Physica status solidi. a, Applied research, 169(2), 1998, pp. 289-294
The results of experimental investigations of the oxidation states and
concentrations of the metal ions and humidity influence on the conduc
tance of poly-vanadium-molybdenum and poly-vanadium-titanium xerogels
are presented. The conductance of thin-film samples increases with an
increase of humidity as an exponential function. The final results ind
icate that vanadium-titanium xerogels are more suitable for the fabric
ation of humidity sensors than other investigated hydrates.
