Abstract
A massive renal angiomyolipoma, measuring 45 x 20 x 15 cm and weighing 3,500 g in a patient with tuberous sclerosis is presented. While rena l angiomyolipomas may become quite large, this is one of the largest s uch tumors ever reported. (C) Elsevier Science Inc., 1997.
