Abstract
Ferroelectric ceramics of Pb-0.85(Na0.5Bi0.5)(0.15)Ti1-xSnxO3 with dif ferent compositions have been prepared and analyzed. This study focuse s on the effect of varying the composition from x = 0.40 to x = 0.60 o n the morphotropic boundary zone (MPB) of these ceramics. X-ray patter ns of heat treated samples together with the evaluation of electromech anical properties, were used to determine the MPB. (C) 1998 Elsevier S cience Ltd. All rights reserved.
