Abstract
The theoretical analysis of the sensitivity of the surface microwave i mpedance of superconducting films to an optical illumination modulated on the intensity is carried out. It is shown that sensitivity of the real part of the impedance is larger than the imaginary part. Obtained results are in the agreement with experimental data. (C) 1998 Elsevie r Science Ltd.
