Abstract
Total vapour pressure measurements made by the modified static method for the ternary system cyclohexane-methanol-hexane at 303.15 K are pre sented. Different expressions for G(E) suitable for correlation of the se data as well as the equation of state incorporating association ter m are tested; the constituent binary system cyclohexane-methanol, publ ished previously, was also discussed from the point of view of the pre sent measurements for the ternary system. The prediction of ternary VL E from constituent binaries is studied. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
