Abstract
In this paper we introduce a very simple model exhibiting slow relaxat ion, typical of glassy systems. We show both numerical and analyticall y the slow nature of the relaxation process; in particular, we obtain stretched-exponential and power law curves for the energy relaxation d epending on the parameter values and/or on the considered approximatio n in the analytical approach.
