Abstract
On the first step of hierarchical classification physiologically activ e substances were divided into two classes correspondingly to their in fluence on the main. cellular signaling systems. The existence of some general principles of chemical structure of drugs has been shown usin g the quantum chemistry methods, artificial intelligence and biophysic al approaches.
