Abstract
The chromatographic behavior of a series of differently substituted th iosemicarbazide and 1,2,4-triazoline-3-thione derivatives has been stu died on silica gel, alumina and bonded C-18 silica gel layers with non -aqueous and aqueous - organic mobile phases. Retention data are discu ssed in relation to the molecular structure of the solute, and the nat ure of the stationary phase and eluent.
