Abstract
A decision was made to create a computer-assisted information and asse ssment system for economic evaluation of field development options. Th e existing one does not comply with the current, market-driven environ ment in the industry. New proposals reflect both the new legal require ments in Russia and the worldwide experience with investment project a ssessment. The new computerised system will be thereby fully compatibl e with the world standards.
