Abstract
An equation is obtained which describes the evolution of the average c oncentration of passive admixture in isotropic reflectionally noninvar iant turbulence possessing mean velocity. It is shown that in such tur bulence an anomalous convective flow appears which is of the same orde r in time scales as the turbulent diffusion. Natural physical cases ar e considered, when the direction of the anomalous convective flow is p erpendicular to the direction of the mean velocity.
