Abstract
Here, lan MacLennan and colleagues discuss how Th1 and Th2-induced Ig class switching occurs very quickly after T cells are primed,and furth er,that both Th1 and Th2 responses can occur within a node in response to mixed antigens. They argue that tighter localization of the cytoki nes driving these reponses must occur than was previously thought.
