Abstract
Epidural hematomas of the clivus are very uncommon. We, hereby, presen t a case of retroclival epidural hematoma as a complication of posteri or fossa decompressive surgery for the management of acute cerebellar infarction. Serial MRI examinations of the patient was documented and demonstrated. In addition, the etiology of retrocrival epidural:hemato mas were also discussed.
