Abstract
Reaction between 5'-bromo-5'deoxy- (or 5'-tosyl-) nucleosides and sodi um thiosulfate gives the respective 5'-S-thiosulfates (nucleoside Bunt e salts). Conformation and some physicochemical properties of the new nucleotide analogs are described.
