Abstract
This review described the role of Neospora caninum as an arbotifacient in cattle. The only natural known way of transmission is the transpla cental route. The complete life cycle remains unknown. The different l aboratory diagnostic techniques used in cattle are presented and discu ssed. At the present time, it is not possible to recommend any control mesures for the control of bovine neosporosis.
