Abstract
Quasiparticle spectra of the single-crystalline Ca1-xSrxVO3 which are the perovskite-type 3d(1) vanadium oxides are reported. The spectra ha ve been measured around 14K by high-resolution ultraviolet photoemissi on spectroscopy. Systematic and prominent spectral weight redistributi on due to a large electron correlation has been observed from a renorm alized 3d band at the Fermi energy to higher binding energy incoherent features in going from SrVO3 to CaVO3.
