Abstract
The paper presents a short description of the history of mycoplasmolog y, the systematic and characteristics of mycoplasmas and the diseases caused by mycoplasmas in cattle, sheep and goats, swine, poultry, and rats and mice. The pathogenicity of mycoplasmas for cats, dogs and hor ses is discussed.
