Abstract
We report a case of agenesis of the dorsal pancreas, complicated by pa ncreatitis and diabetes mellitus, A 39-year-old woman was referred for evaluation of a chronic pancreatitis. Abdominal spiral CT and ERP and MRCP demonstrated agenesis of the dorsal pancreas.
