Abstract
The benefits of the vibrofluidization method are outlined, and the bas ic laws of the reduction of iron oxides by natural gas are investigate d. Various methods are used for detailed kinetic analysis of the proce ss, and the basic kinetic laws are established. Analysis of the kineti c laws using reduced coordinates and affine conversion permits the pro posal of new dimensionless numbers for the description of the reductio n process.
