Abstract
PURPOSE: This new technique fixes the gracilis tendon to the ischial t uberosity. METHOD: The De Palma stapler was used to fur the gracilis t endon to the ischial tuberosity in five patients undergoing stimulated graciloplasty. RESULT: Successful fixation was achieved in all cases with good follow-up. CONCLUSION: This is a simple method that could be adopted widely to fix the gracilis tendon to the ischial tuberosity.
