Abstract
A 14-month-old filly with chronic pharyngitis was diagnosed with incom plete esophageal constriction and megaesophagus due to a persistent ri ght aortic arch. This report is unusual because clinical signs of resp iratory dysfunction secondary to chronic regurgitation occurred Drier to the recognition of dysphagia.
