Abstract
The biomimetic oxidation of nicotine 4 with hydrogen peroxide in the p resence of 5-ethylflavin mononucleotide perchlorate gives the nicotine -N '-oxide S in higher yield in AOT reverse micelles than in homogeneo us medium.
