Abstract
Letting Aut[C-2] act on a tree, we classify the subgroups of Aut[C-2], and show that the Tits alternative is true. Further we get another fo rmulation for the notion of Green fonction of an Henon type automorphi sm. (C) Academie des Sciences/Elsevier, Paris.
