Abstract
Delivery of viable fetus with a long interval delay is an unusual occu rrence. There is no clear attitude among obstetricians for such cases. We report a case of retention of the second and the third triplet aft er the delivery of the first one at 24 weeks of amenorrhea and 3 days, The duration of the retention was 6 days. Only the third infant survi ved. We attempt to outline the difficulties in managing such pregnanci es.
