Abstract
Melkersson-Rosenthal syndrome is an uncommon disorder of uncertain eti ology. Different therapeutic regimens have been attempted but with lim ited success. We report a 24-year-old woman with recurrent facial and lip swelling, lingua plicata, and peripheral facial-nerve palsy who be nefited from a short course of high-dose TV methylprednisolone.
