Abstract
It is proved that if a simply connected irreducible homogeneous Kahler ian manifold of real dimension 2n greater than or equal to 4 admits a non-vanishing Kahlerian homogeneous structure belonging to Abbena-Garb iero's class K2 + K4, then it is a model of negative constant holomorp hic sectional curvature.
