We present an analytical Fourier transform method (AFT), to calculate
semiclassical eigenvalues of multidimensional systems in the regular r
egime. The AFT method is compared with some previous semiclassical tec
hniques which make use of the fast Fourier transform (FFT). It is show
n that the AFT method combines the best properties of those FFT proced
ures: accuracy, stability and simplicity.
