Abstract
The fine structure and the transition probabilities in Mo I have been studied in the semi-empirical Racah-Slater framework by means of the H FR and fitting methods developed by Cowan. A comparison of the calcula ted transition probabilities with available experimental data has been performed It supports the identification of low-lying levels of the 4 d(5)6p configuration which was unknown so far.
