Abstract
The presence of angiotensin II receptors was found on cells of three c olorectal carcinoma cell lines. The binding assays with I-125-labelled angiotensin II and ligands specific for angiotensin AT(1) or AT(2) re ceptors showed that angiotensin receptors on colorectal cancer cells a re mostly of the AT(2) type. The binding capacity of tumor cells was n ot significantly changed by butyrate-induced differentiation.
