Abstract
The authors present an integrated circuit implementation of a simple a nd partly new RF power amplifier linearisation scheme based on power f eedback. Experimental results show that the technique is well suited t o the compensation of AM/AM distortion, and a reduction of 10 dB in th e adjacent channel interference is achieved.
