Abstract
Chalcogenide films As2S3, AsSe, As2Se3, and GeSe4 were investigated, a s well as multicomponent MeIn-A(x)B(y) films, where Me is Cu, Pb, Cd, Ag, and Hg; A is As and Ge; B is S and Se; n = 1, 2; x = 1, 2; y = 1, 3. The films were obtained by chemical deposition from an organic solv ent. The composition and local surrounding of the main components of t he films obtained (e.g., As, Se, and S) were investigated by the X-ray emission and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.
