Abstract
A set of lithium polysilicates as alkaline silicate binders are studie d. The content of low-polymeric (alpha-SiO2), high polymeric (beta-SiO 2), and colloid (gamma-SiO2) forms of silicon dioxide in binders is in vestigated by the complex chemical analysis of SiO2 in solutions. The change of SiO2 polymeric state during the aging of lithium silicates o btained from various silica-containing components is studied.
