Abstract
Multiple spin echoes are reported to occur after the application of a single radio-frequency pulse. These are explained by a correlation bet ween the inhomogeneities of the static B-0 field and the radio-frequen cy B-1 field on the one hand and by the occurrence of dipolar demagnet ising field effects on the other.
