Abstract
We have performed molecular dynamics calculations and employed early c luster recognition algorithms to identify the number, positions, and v elocities of the IMFs. The fragmentation pattern may be identified qui te early in the expansion following the collision, well before thermal ization. The IMFs appear throughout the volume of the system, and not concentrated on any particular region. [S0556-2813(98)r0611-5].
