Neutron deficient collision products with Z=30 to 40 at high excitatio
ns are investigated. The proton drip line is significantly altered due
to temperature and rotation. The effects of thermal and rotational ex
citations on proton separation energy are investigated. The level dens
ity parameter and the nuclear level density of the isotopes of these f
