Abstract
Neurilemmomas of the peripheral segment of the hypoglossal nerve are e xtremely uncommon neoplasms. A rare case of hypoglossal neurilemmoma l ocated in the sublingual space is reported and the differential diagno sis of sublingual mass lesions is discussed.
