Lip Automorphism Germ and Lip Automorphism

Let X be a metric space, epsilon^n(X) be the standard trivial Lip n-bundle over X, and phi be a Lip automorphism germ of epsilon^n(X) . This paper proves that there is a Lip automorphism phi' of epsilon^n(X) such that the germ of phi is phi'.
