Abstract
New technetium(I) carbonyl complex Tc-4(CO)(12)F(OH)(3) was prepared a nd characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, X-ray powder diffraction, and single crystal X-ray diffraction. Tc-4(CO)(12)F(OH)(3 ) crystallizes in the rhombic system; cell parameters: a = 14.315(9), b = 14.030(10), c = 9.874(5) Angstrom, V = 1983(2) Angstrom(3), space group Pnma, Z = 4, d(calc) = 2.67 g cm(-3). The crystal structure of t his complex differs from those of previously studied complexes [Tc(CO) (3)X](4) (X = Cl, Br, and I).
